If you need support, verified sponsors from the community fund your remaining portion. Anonymous or visible — completely their choice.

Yes. Your savings are held through verified payment partners — completely separate from Boostnow's own operating account. Boostnow never mixes participant funds with its own money. Monthly fund statements will be available publicly.
Before booking is confirmed: full refund, minus only the small payment gateway charge. After booking is sent to a partner: that partner's cancellation policy applies — but this will be shared with you clearly before you confirm any booking. No surprises ever.
No. Boostnow takes no commission from participants. Platform costs are covered separately. The intention is never profit — it is sustainability. Your savings go 100% towards your Umrah journey.
Already discussed with travel partners. The complete price list is shared before you enroll. Fluctuations only happen at flight and hotel level — not the base package. Peak season surcharges (like Ramadan) are disclosed at signup. No hidden price changes.
Absolutely not. Safar-e-Umrah is a savings coordination platform — not a loan or credit product. No interest is charged or earned. Participants save their own money. No lending, no riba, no compromise.
All sponsor contributions are voluntary Sadaqah — not Zakat. This is clearly stated on the platform. Zakat has specific eligibility conditions we do not certify. For Zakat eligibility questions, please consult your local scholar.
All needy participants are verified by the Boostnow admin team before their profile is listed for sponsorship. Documents and circumstances are reviewed. You sponsor only verified participants — not anonymous unverified profiles.
Fully. You choose: show your full name, show first name only, or remain completely anonymous. The recipient sees your contribution amount but only what you choose to reveal. Simple toggle, no pressure either way.
Life happens — and we know that. Missing payments does not automatically cancel your plan. You can pause your plan, adjust your monthly amount, or contact the team. The system is designed to be flexible and supportive, not punishing.
You absolutely can save on your own — many people intend to. But most don't actually follow through, because there's no structure, accountability, or community. Safar-e-Umrah gives you a tracked plan, travel partner coordination, community support if needed, and reminders. Most importantly — you are not alone in this intention.
Yes. Multiple verified travel partners will be listed with packages, pricing, hotel details, dates, and slot availability. You choose the one that suits your budget and preferred month. You are not locked to any single partner.
BoostNow Solutions LLP is a registered Indian LLP with a CA, legal advisor, and a dedicated team behind it. This is not a WhatsApp group or informal arrangement. Our LLP registration, CA details, and registered address will be publicly available on the platform before launch.
